At Fans City, we aim to make your shopping experience simple and hassle-free. Please review the full policy below:
Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a refund.
Return Eligibility
- If the ceiling fan box is original, sealed, and unopened, we can accept the item back and provide a full refund.
- If the ceiling fan was delivered via courier and the customer wishes to return an unopened box, a refund will be issued minus the actual courier cost.
- Installed ceiling fans cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Exchanges (7-Day Policy)
- Exchanges are available within 7 days of purchase. (Unopened Box)
- Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
- Damaged, incomplete, or used items will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at info@fanscity.com.au with your order number.
- Our team will provide instructions on the next steps.
Postage Charges
- Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
- We recommend using Registered Post, as Fans City is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Warranty
- All products are covered under a manufacturer’s warranty.
- We will replace the product or any faulty parts during the warranty period.
- If the return is due to a fault or manufacturing issue, we may request clear photographs for assessment before processing a replacement.
Important Notes
- Returns for change of mind or products no longer required are not accepted.
- Unopened items may be refunded only under the eligibility rules stated above.
- Installed or partially installed items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
