Refund and Warranty Policy

At Fans City, we aim to make your shopping experience simple and hassle-free. Please review the full policy below:

Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a refund.

Return Eligibility

  • If the ceiling fan box is original, sealed, and unopened, we can accept the item back and provide a full refund.
  • If the ceiling fan was delivered via courier and the customer wishes to return an unopened box, a refund will be issued minus the actual courier cost.
  • Installed ceiling fans cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Exchanges (7-Day Policy)

  • Exchanges are available within 7 days of purchase. (Unopened Box)
  • Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
  • Damaged, incomplete, or used items will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at info@fanscity.com.au with your order number.
  • Our team will provide instructions on the next steps.

Postage Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
  • We recommend using Registered Post, as Fans City is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Warranty

  • All products are covered under a manufacturer’s warranty.
  • We will replace the product or any faulty parts during the warranty period.
  • If the return is due to a fault or manufacturing issue, we may request clear photographs for assessment before processing a replacement.

Important Notes

  • Returns for change of mind or products no longer required are not accepted.
  • Unopened items may be refunded only under the eligibility rules stated above.
  • Installed or partially installed items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
